• The property will be presented in good condition upon check-in. Any damages or issues must be reported to Pro Let immediately. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the property during their stay.

7. Conduct and Noise:

• Tenants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful to neighbours and the property. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour may result in eviction without a refund.

8. Occupancy Limits:

• The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum limit specified in the rental agreement. Additional guests may require approval from Pro Let.

9. Smoking and Pets:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Pets are only allowed with prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.

10. Property Access: - Pro Let reserves the right to access the property for maintenance or inspection purposes with reasonable notice to tenants.

11. Liability: - Pro Let is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to tenants or their personal property during the stay. Tenants are encouraged to secure their travel insurance.

12. Governing Law: - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
